Welcome to the perfect holiday park in the heart of Royal Deeside in Aberdeenshire. Surrounded by woodland, wildlife and idyllic views, this new modern lodge park is the perfect setting for a tranquil weekend / short break or action packed family holiday.

Strachan is conveniently located just outside the village of Banchory, which is situated only 30 minutes drive from Aberdeen airport and main rail links.

Softbear

Onsite there is the Softbear Play Centre which is every child’s dream playing facility. The Canadian indoor soft play equipment is first of its kind in Scotland and provides hours of endless fun and enjoyment for toddlers and children alike. Outside there are additional fun activities including trampolines, swings and climbing frames for the more adventurous.

Rain or shine, its BBQ time! Every Saturday evening from the 3rd July through to 4th September from 6.30pm till 10.00pm you are invited to join us for a family fun BBQ evening. We have no alcohol license, however you are welcome to bring along your own beverages. Its going to be a sizzling summer at Castlewood!
